While our target areas are in the Villages of Monticello and Liberty, we are open to considering donations of properties throughout the county. SCLBC is a tax exempt 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation and property donations are tax deductible. Donation considerations are reviewed and approved or denied by our Board of Directors.
